Saratoga Medical is seeking qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to join our healthcare team in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (excluding federal holidays)

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency medical care within the scope of your certification and applicable state regulations.
• Assess patients, provide appropriate treatment, and assist with stabilization during medical emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and related medical information.
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Maintain professional certifications and remain current with continuing education requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted South Dakota EMT license, or eligibility through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or a REPLICA compact state with the ability to obtain South Dakota licensure before employment.
• Current NREMT certification or equivalent certification from a participating compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• At least one year of EMS experience, including a minimum of 12 months of recent clinical EMT practice within the past three years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an accredited Emergency Medical Technician training program.
