EMT / Paramedic – PRN

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to provide occupational medical support at client worksites. This PRN position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to protecting the health and safety of employees through rapid emergency response and quality patient care.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: PRN (As Needed)
  • Pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies and provide immediate patient care.
  • Deliver first aid and emergency medical treatment in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Evaluate injuries and illnesses to determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Coordinate with physicians, emergency departments, and other healthcare providers when additional treatment is required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and site personnel regarding medical incidents and workplace safety concerns.
  • Monitor the work environment to identify potential hazards and support injury prevention efforts.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care while following established medical protocols.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for all patient encounters and treatments.
  • Partner with Site Safety Managers to promote a safe and healthy workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Current state EMT or Paramedic license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of two years of emergency medical experience in a 911 EMS system or emergency department.
  • Previous 911 field experience is required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize patient needs, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
