Position: Onsite Medical Representative (Contract)
Location: Hebron, KY
Pay Range: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour

Actalent is partnering with a leading technology company to hire an Onsite Medical Representative for its Hebron, KY facility. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of medical experience as an EMT, Combat Medic, Paramedic, Firefighter, or similar healthcare professional. Candidates must hold valid CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.

Position Overview:
The Onsite Medical Representative serves as the primary first aid and safety liaison for the warehouse. This role involves providing immediate care to employees, supporting the company’s safety program, participating in incident investigations, and assisting with Workers’ Compensation processes. The OMR works closely with the site safety team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while proactively reducing workplace risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first aid, triage, and, if necessary, refer employees to external medical providers.

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and monitor first aid supplies and equipment.

  • Advise management on accommodations for employees with medical restrictions.

  • Conduct floor checks to identify at-risk work habits and provide coaching to associates and managers.

  • Participate in safety meetings, new hire orientations, and weekly case management reviews.

  • Analyze incidents and recommend measures to prevent injuries and improve workplace safety.

  • Support Workers’ Compensation processes, including case initiation and documentation.

  • Update communication boards with health and safety information for employees.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Valid State EMT-Basic or National Registry (NREMT) certification.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing pre-hospital emergency care.

  • CPR/BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to maintain medical credentials and certifications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, especially 29 CFR 1910.

  • Experience with Workers’ Compensation case management.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Preferred Certifications:

  • First Aid, CPR, AED instructor certification.

Work Environment:

  • Fully onsite position in Hebron, KY.

  • Primarily warehouse environment with interaction across all departments.
