Compensation:
Pay is based on full-time equivalent experience in ambulance or hospital settings. $19.02–$26.92/hour, translating to approximately $42,328–$50,022 annually, with overtime opportunities.
Schedule:
Full-Time Equivalent position, Back Half shift Nights.

About the Role
At Stadium Medical, your EMS career will take you beyond traditional ambulance work. You’ll provide care in collaboration with hospital partners, at professional, collegiate, and high school sports events, major concerts, and public gatherings. From high-energy venues to rural communities across Golden and Summit County, Colorado, your skills will be tested in varied, real-world settings.
Our team benefits from hands-on training both on and off shift. As a state-certified training site, we offer specialty training for unique venues, scenario-based exercises, and large-scale drills. Continuous skill development ensures our providers—EMTs, EMT-Is, AEMTs, Paramedics, and Advanced Practice Paramedics—stay ahead of industry standards.
We hold bi-monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings, providing feedback and support to maintain excellence in patient care. Our dedication to EMS quality is reflected in our 2023 bystander CPR survival rate of 52%, surpassing the national average of 41.2%.
Our recently implemented UKG Learning Management System (going live Q3 2024) offers a rich library of training modules and clinical resources for operational and educational growth.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current Colorado EMT certification
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (annual check required)
- EVOC certification provided in-house
- IV Certification to be completed within 60 days of hire
- Post-offer pre-employment physical/medical review
- ICS certifications preferred
- Strong technical aptitude
