Overview

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented EMT or Paramedic to join our clinical research team. In this full-time role, you will assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and Investigator in conducting and documenting study activities, ensuring accurate and compliant clinical trial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clinical research activities under the guidance of the Investigator and Clinical Research Coordinator.

  • Perform thorough quality checks on source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs) for clinical trials.

  • Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and medical documentation protocols.

  • Conduct IV procedures and phlebotomy, including blood draws.

  • Participate in onsite BLS and ACLS training before transitioning into the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active EMT or Paramedic license/certification.

  • Solid understanding of internet-based technologies and software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent document review capabilities.

  • Knowledge or training in clinical research GCP standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous IV and phlebotomy experience.

  • Willingness to obtain BLS and ACLS certification if not current.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Fully onsite in a clinical research facility with a clinic-style setting.

  • Second shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

  • Location: Orlando, FL

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 – $21.00/hr
