Clinic Director – IV Therapy

IV Nutrition is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily operations while remaining hands-on with IV therapy services. This position blends clinical excellence, people leadership, and exceptional client experience in a calm, outpatient wellness setting.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Initiate IV access and deliver infusion therapies

  • Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments

  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records

  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, state, and professional guidelines

Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff

  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and staff training

  • Evaluate performance and encourage professional development

  • Address staff concerns and promote a respectful workplace

  • Foster a positive, efficient, and client-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

Required Licensure

  • Active license as RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-Intermediate, or Advanced EMT

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of IV therapy or vascular access experience

  • At least 2 years in a healthcare leadership or supervisory role

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong IV insertion and patient monitoring skills

  • Effective leadership and interpersonal communication

  • High level of customer service and professionalism

  • Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance)

  • Capability to stand, bend, walk, and sit for extended periods

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 8–10 hour shifts

  • Occasional weekend availability
