We are seeking full-time EMT/Firefighters to join our industrial response team at Marathon Petroleum in Saint Paul Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will receive training and actively participate in a variety of emergency scenarios, including fire suppression, medical emergencies, vehicle accidents, hazardous material incidents, technical rescues, and preventive safety operations. Responsibilities

  • Respond to industrial fire emergencies, medical incidents, vehicle accidents, and hazmat situations.
  • Conduct technical rescues including rope and trench operations.
  • Participate in fire prevention, safety inspections, and mitigation efforts.
  • Attend company-provided training programs to enhance firefighting, rescue, and medical skills.
  • Work a 24-hour rotating reverse Kelly schedule to provide continuous coverage.

Qualifications

  • Valid EMT License
  • Firefighter I & II Certification
  • Hazmat Operations Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check
