Position: Seasonal EMT – Safety Team
Compensation: Up to $15.00 per hour (scheduled based on operational demand)

Position Summary

The EMT Safety Team Member is responsible for delivering prompt medical assistance to park guests and employees while promoting a secure and well-regulated environment. This role supports park operations by responding to medical incidents, assisting with transport when necessary, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate first aid and emergency medical services to guests and staff.

• Arrange or provide medical transport when required.

• Inspect, clean, and maintain all medical equipment and treatment areas to ensure readiness.

• Accurately document all patient interactions and incident reports using designated computer systems while safeguarding confidentiality.

• Perform park-wide safety inspections as assigned by management.

• Support overall safety initiatives and uphold established operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

• Current Oklahoma State EMT certification and National Registry certification required.

• Active CPR certification required.

• Completion of NIMS 100, 200, and 700 courses required.

• Ability to clearly read, write, and document medical information accurately.

• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems.

• Capable of remaining calm and professional in one-on-one treatment situations.

• Physically able to assist in lifting and moving adult patients (approximately 100 lbs.) with the help of one additional team member.
