Job Description

Title: Hospital Liaison
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Bronx, New York, and various client sites across New York

Training Details:
New hires will undergo a two-week training program. The first week takes place in Ridgewood, New York, followed by the second week at client locations throughout the state. After training, you will be assigned to work in the Bronx and other client sites in New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between DocGo and client organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and staff
  • Monitor ongoing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues, involving leadership as needed
  • Offer solutions to improve workflow, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in all interactions
  • Follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
  • Stay current on healthcare trends, patient engagement practices, and regulatory updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Valid New York State EMT certification
  • Valid New York State driver’s license with at least 2 years of clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
