A Unique EMS Experience
Your EMS career can go far beyond traditional ambulance shifts. At Stadium Medical, providers practice in a variety of dynamic settings—partner hospitals, professional and collegiate sporting events, concerts, community gatherings, and 911 or interfacility transports. From busy urban venues to the mountain communities of Golden and Summit County, your “office” will constantly evolve.
We are a recognized state training site and offer extensive educational opportunities both on and off shift. Our training includes venue-specific instruction, large-scale simulation exercises, scenario-based drills, and specialized clinical development. This diverse service model ensures hands-on experience across multiple response types.
Our bi-monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) sessions, led by our Pre-Hospital and Medical Direction teams, provide direct feedback and performance development. We are committed to raising clinical standards and expanding the scope and capabilities of our EMTs, EMT-Is, AEMTs, Paramedics, and Advanced Practice Paramedics.
Our dedication to quality care is reflected in our cardiac arrest outcomes. According to the 2023 CARES report, our bystander CPR survival rate reached 52%, exceeding the national average of 41.2%—a testament to the skill and commitment of our team.
To further support professional growth, we are launching a modern Learning Management System through UKG (Q3 2024). This platform will provide on-demand access to updated protocols, clinical modules, and operational training resources tailored to our providers.
