Pay: Starting $77,096–$93,856/year (based on experience) for full-time rotating schedules.
Paramedics working 72 hours/week can earn $105,248–$128,128/year.

Available schedules (vary by location): 48 on/96 off, 24 on/48 off, or Kelly schedules.
About Us
City Ambulance Service is expanding across Texas with stations in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, College Station, Odessa, Midland, San Angelo, Lubbock, Temple, Killeen, Round Rock, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Livingston, Corpus Christi and more. We’re recruiting experienced, reliable paramedics for Greater Houston and surrounding areas who deliver advanced, professional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to emergency and non-emergency transport calls
– Assess patients and follow local treatment protocols
– Provide first aid and advanced life support as needed
– Communicate procedures and coordinate care with patients and team members
– Safely transport and transfer patients to hospitals or other facilities
– Report findings and treatments to receiving medical staff
– Complete timely and accurate patient care documentation
– Maintain, restock, and clean medical equipment and supplies
– Keep crew quarters, ambulances, and stations clean and orderly
Qualifications
– Texas (or compact state) Paramedic license REQUIRED
– Preferred: 2+ years EMS experience
– Experience with MICU-level transports (IV pump, ventilator, cardiac monitoring) preferred
– Able to sit, stand, bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
– Strong verbal and written English communication skills
– Able to work under stress, follow direction, and adapt to changing duties
