Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B)

Starting Pay: From $12.56 per hour, with higher rates available based on prior experience

We are currently seeking full-time EMT-Basics to respond to both emergency and scheduled medical service calls. This role focuses on delivering professional patient care, effective treatment, and outstanding service to individuals in need.

Primary Duties

  • Perform patient evaluations, identify care needs, and deliver appropriate medical assistance using approved techniques and equipment

  • Accurately record patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes while protecting patient privacy and rights

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly supplied patient care environment

  • Utilize EMT skills related to patient communication, medical devices, sanitation procedures, and operational tools

  • Safely drive and operate ambulances in compliance with company policies and all applicable traffic and safety regulations

  • Work cooperatively and professionally with healthcare partners, public safety agencies, and fellow EMTs

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in community outreach activities to support public education and strengthen community relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Active Colorado EMT certification or eligibility for Colorado certification

  • Current CPR / BLS credential

  • Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT)

Compensation Details

  • Hourly Pay Range: $12.56 – $20.10

  • Employment Type: Full-time
