Job Title: Unarmed EMT / Security Officer (Part-Time Weekend & Flexible)

Location: Cochise, Arizona

Schedule:

  • Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 2 PM – 10 PM

  • Flex / On-Call: Variable shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays

Pay:

  • Weekend: $21.75/hr

  • Flex: $22.75/hr

Position Summary

St. Moritz Security Services is seeking dedicated Unarmed EMT Officers to join our team. This role combines emergency medical skills with security duties to ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. Weekend officers work regular shifts, while Flex officers provide coverage for call-offs, vacations, special assignments, and emergency staffing needs. Flex hours are not guaranteed but may lead to consistent scheduling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols and inspect facilities, vehicles, and grounds for safety hazards.

  • Respond to alarms and operate fire control panels.

  • Document incidents, shift activities, and maintain accurate work orders.

  • Assist visitors, associates, and clients while providing professional customer service.

  • Draft professional emails, answer phones, and support administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18

  • Current AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card

  • Valid EMT certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong observational and situational awareness skills

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

  • Previous law enforcement, security, or public safety experience preferred

  • Additional training in security, EMS, or related fields a plus
