Position Overview:

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, this role assists in delivering patient care by performing basic clinical tasks. Responsibilities include measuring and documenting vital signs, recording procedures accurately in the electronic medical record, and following departmental policies for patient care. The role requires adherence to safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and compliance with CDC isolation guidelines. Staff will also support quality improvement initiatives and participate in practice changes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through RQI

  • Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from an accredited body

Compensation: $16.37 – $26.19 per hour
