Illumma, Austin’s premier ketamine infusion clinic, is dedicated to helping individuals navigate chronic mental health challenges, stress, and persistent pain. Our mission is to provide innovative, compassionate care that gives patients hope, relief, and the tools to reclaim their lives.

We are currently seeking a PRN Infusionist to join our forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with experience in EMS, hospitals, or clinical settings who demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to mental health and wellness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support patients throughout ketamine infusion sessions, providing a calm, reassuring presence.

  • Educate patients about procedures and what to expect during treatment.

  • Observe and report patient responses to providers, contributing to individualized care plans.

  • Accurately document all patient interventions and observations.

  • Monitor patients closely for 1–3 hours per session, maintaining attentive observation even during quiet periods.

  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including patient flow, organization, and logistics.

  • Work 8–12 hour shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Competency in web-based productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other providers.

  • Calm, professional, and adaptable demeanor.

  • Current CPR certification and ability to interpret cardiac rhythms.

  • Strong interest in mental health and wellness.

  • Texas LVN or EMT-B license with at least one year of significant IV experience.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Availability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RN or Paramedic license.

  • Experience in mental health care.

  • Familiarity with ketamine therapy and its use in psychiatric treatment.

  • ACLS certification.
