Job Description

A well-known national retail organization is looking for a qualified EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as an Onsite Occupational Health Clinician at its distribution facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This role supports employees through a workplace health clinic located directly at the site. Previous occupational health experience is not required β€” comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver care for workplace injuries and minor illnesses

  • Conduct employee health assessments and assist with wellness initiatives

  • Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings

  • Complete Physical Ability Testing (PATs)

  • Document all care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

  • Maintain OSHA logs and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Assist with case management and follow-up care

  • Support daily operations of the onsite health clinic

Training is provided, making this a strong opportunity for clinicians from emergency, hospital, clinic, or other healthcare backgrounds.


Position Details

  • Employment Type: W2 contract (up to 12 weeks) covering a leave of absence

  • Potential for extension or permanent placement

  • Schedule:

    • Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Thursday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
