Bonneville Family Practice is expanding and looking for a motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both patient care and daily clinic operations within a fast-paced family practice setting.

If you are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or EMT who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in delivering high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Prepare patients for appointments and record vital signs
  • Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
  • Perform clinical tasks such as blood draws, injections, EKGs, and related duties
  • Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record system
  • Educate patients and provide follow-up support

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Respond to patient communications including calls and messages
  • Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic workflow
  • Step in where needed to maintain efficient daily operations

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with supporting the overall efficiency of a busy clinic.

Qualifications

  • Current CMA, CNA, or EMT certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical office or family practice is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and assist in various areas as needed
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
