Join CAREonsite as an EMT or Paramedic – Make a Difference on Every Shift

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, delivers nationwide occupational health services designed to keep workplaces safe and employees healthy. We are currently seeking dedicated EMTs and Paramedics who possess strong clinical expertise, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in dynamic environments.

In this role, you will help protect and support workers by delivering care that ranges from basic first aid to advanced life-saving interventions. This position combines on-site medical response with independent decision-making, offering a balance of team collaboration and autonomous field work.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: As Needed (Monday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

  • Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

  • Location: Oak Creek or Union Grove sites, as assigned


Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to medical incidents occurring at client worksites

  • Deliver first aid and emergency medical care in accordance with company standards and all applicable regulations

  • Evaluate injuries and illnesses to determine appropriate treatment or escalation

  • Communicate clearly with physicians, medical facilities, and emergency services when further care is required

  • Collaborate with clients and site personnel regarding workplace injuries and safety concerns

  • Monitor evolving job site conditions to proactively identify potential hazards

  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient care

  • Accurately record patient evaluations, treatments, and incident details

  • Support Site Safety Managers in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment


Qualifications

  • Current EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state

  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an emergency care setting (such as a hospital emergency department or 911 ambulance service)

  • Prior 911 response experience required

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
