Position Overview:
Baptist Health La Grange is currently hiring a full-time EMT to work third shift. Our EMS team provides both hospital-based transport services and 911 emergency response coverage throughout Oldham County. Role Summary:
The EMT is responsible for delivering prompt pre-hospital medical care and safe patient transport during emergency and non-emergency situations. This role requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while ensuring high standards of patient safety and compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active EMT-B certification through the Kentucky Board of EMS

  • Valid Kentucky driver’s license

  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

  • Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) certification within six months of hire
