Role Overview

As part of Haztech’s Basic Life Support (BLS) team, you will play a key role in delivering on-site medical support within an industrial environment. This position involves responding to emergencies, performing health assessments, and contributing to a culture of safety and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and effective emergency medical care, including support for chronic health conditions
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to assess patients and follow established care plans in line with regulations
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring equipment is sanitized and supplies are well stocked
  • Build positive working relationships with team members, clients, and site personnel
  • Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage situations independently while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited EMT training program
  • Current EMT certification valid in the state of Indiana
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background record
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
