Key Responsibilities

  • Provide appropriate emergency medical care within the scope of Paramedic training and licensure.
  • Assess patients and identify changes in their medical condition.
  • Document and communicate patient history, assessment findings, and treatments provided.
  • Safely transport patients while navigating accurately to assigned destinations.
  • Communicate patient conditions and relevant care information to receiving healthcare professionals.
  • Complete required patient-care and billing documentation accurately.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Inspect vehicle gauges, fluid levels, and other operational equipment.
  • Follow company policies, EMS protocols, and applicable safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current National Registry EMT/Paramedic credentials and/or applicable state licensure, or license pending.
  • Ability to provide patient care at the Paramedic level.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
  • Ability to safely perform required patient-care and transportation duties.
  • Successful completion of required pre-employment interview, physical and lifting assessment, and drug screening.
  • Willingness to complete company-required training and driver education.
