Job Overview

As a Flex EMT Driver Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as manufacturing and industrial. Using Allied Universal’s Claim a Shift platform, you can create a flexible schedule and explore opportunities for additional roles. The position involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, documenting observations, communicating with site teams and visitors, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols.

  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.

  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.

  • Maintain clear communication with site teams and document observations.

  • Operate a vehicle according to Allied Universal driver policy requirements (this is a driving post).

Schedule

Day Shift Example: Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Flex scheduling allows for claiming additional shifts)

Minimum Requirements

  • EMT Certification (required)

  • Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy

  • Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Successful background check in compliance with applicable laws

  • Drug screening as permitted by law

  • Licensing requirements as per state/local regulations
