Role Overview

As a Patient Care Technician EMT, you will deliver hands-on patient care as an essential member of our nursing team. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment while assisting patients, supporting providers, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support clinical procedures and recovery

  • Provide non-medicated care including dressing changes, skin protection, and supportive device use

  • Maintain clean, organized, and stocked patient areas, treatment rooms, and common spaces

  • Manage medical supplies, equipment, and environmental logs, ensuring infection control and safety

  • Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and the healthcare team while promoting safety and quality standards


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to assist in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment
