Position Overview
We are currently hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities based in Hanover, PA. Depending on assignment, EMTs may provide medical coverage at public and private events, assist with disaster response operations, or perform scheduled non-emergency patient transports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-hospital emergency care in accordance with established protocols

  • Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate treatment on scene

  • Support community events with medical standby services

  • Participate in disaster response activities as assigned

  • Safely transport patients when assigned to non-emergency medical transport

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with receiving facilities

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania EMT certification or National Registry (NREMT) certification with eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure

  • Valid CPR certification

  • Strong understanding of EMS procedures and emergency response standards

  • Ability to assess patients and provide appropriate field care

  • Effective communication skills and ability to function well within a team

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

  • Physical capability to perform essential EMS duties in high-demand environments

  • EVOC certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
