Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, experienced EMT-Basics to join our Grapevine team. The EMT-B will provide safe, efficient, and professional patient care while supporting both emergency and non-emergency medical transports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency transport calls.

  • Evaluate patient condition and provide treatment according to protocol.

  • Administer first aid and advanced life support as required.

  • Clearly communicate procedures to patients and relay information to healthcare staff.

  • Transport patients safely to hospitals or medical facilities.

  • Document patient care accurately and timely.

  • Maintain and clean ambulances, stations, and medical equipment.

  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Texas EMT-Basic license required

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Minimum 2 years of EMS experience preferred

  • Experience with MICU transports, including IV pumps, ventilators, and cardiac monitoring

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual gross earnings: $50,280 – $60,336 (varies by experience)
