Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Our team operates fully staffed and equipped BLS, ALS, and Critical Care Transport units throughout Southern California. From EMTs and paramedics to dispatch professionals, our strength lies in highly trained clinicians who respond with skill, professionalism, and compassion.
We are currently seeking certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Work Areas
Our EMTs primarily serve in the following divisions:
Interfacility Transport (BLS, ALS & CCT)
Provide patient care and transportation between hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Southern California.
Event Medical Services
Deliver on-site medical coverage at major events including music festivals, large-scale entertainment productions, motorsports events, and other high-attendance venues.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide shift coverage according to operational needs and call volume.

Respond promptly to dispatch instructions and safely operate emergency vehicles.

Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate basic life support interventions.

Extract and assist patients from accident scenes or emergency environments.

Safely transfer patients to receiving medical facilities.

Measure and document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and respirations.

Deliver first aid and BLS-level treatment such as oxygen therapy, splinting, wound care, and immobilization.

Complete patient care reports, billing documentation, and daily vehicle inspection forms accurately.

Support equipment checks, supply restocking, and medication inventory.

Provide on-call coverage as required.
Minimum Qualifications

Current California EMT certification
-
CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross Healthcare Provider level)

Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record

Medical Examiner’s Certificate

Ambulance Driver’s Certificate (ADC)
Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of current EMS standards and field practices

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic math, reading, and documentation competency

Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving ability

Ability to remain composed in high-stress environments
Physical Requirements

Extended periods of standing and walking

Frequent lifting and movement of patients and equipment

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance
