Team KC Medical, Inc., Kansas City’s leading provider of on-site medical coverage for special events, is expanding and looking for motivated, dependable, and professional RNs, Paramedics, and EMTs to join our growing team. As our services continue to expand both locally and nationwide, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about patient care and public safety.
Key Responsibilities
Team KC Medical, Inc. delivers on-site emergency medical services at a wide variety of venues, including major convention centers, theaters, arenas, entertainment districts, and large-scale festivals throughout the Kansas City area. As a member of our medical team, you will:

Deliver high-quality customer service while providing first aid and medical assistance to event attendees

Respond to medical incidents involving illness or injury in compliance with company standards and state and local medical protocols

Initiate 911 activation for patients requiring advanced life support or hospital transport

Accurately complete patient care documentation and written reports

Represent both Team KC Medical and partner venues professionally, including appropriate ADA awareness and compliance

Ensure first aid stations, equipment, and mobile medical kits remain properly stocked and organized

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Perform additional duties related to event medical operations as assigned
Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Current EMT or Paramedic certification issued by Kansas and Missouri Boards of Emergency Medical Services

Active National Registry EMT or Paramedic certification

Current American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Providers certification

ACLS certification required for Paramedics

Reliable transportation
-
Availability to work a minimum of five (5) events per month

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude
