Hourly Rate: $29–$32
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension or conversion to permanent)
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY 12533

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Start Date: Immediate


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC) provider

  • Must hold at least one of the following active certifications:

    • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

    • National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)

    • Paramedic Certification issued by the Department of Health

    • Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) through the Board of Certification or an equivalent state-recognized credential


Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the site manager, specialists, and occasionally the Injury Prevention Specialist. Responsibilities include attending weekly associate safety meetings, welcoming new hires, and engaging with staff on a daily basis.

You will take part in case management reviews as needed, independently assess and administer first aid, and provide guidance on occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. A strong passion for health, wellness, and safety advocacy is essential. You will also refer employees to external medical providers when necessary and develop knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessment, and safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer first aid and refer employees to external healthcare providers as required

  • Promote workplace safety and injury prevention through education and proactive engagement

  • Document all care and treatment provided to employees

  • Manage workers’ compensation cases and coordinate return-to-work programs for employees with work-related injuries

  • Maintain daily activity logs and submit end-of-shift reports
