About the Role

The EMT will provide emergency medical support throughout the speedway property, covering various assignments and locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport injured or ill individuals from accident scenes or event areas to medical facilities on-site

  • Deliver emergency medical care and first aid to sick or injured persons

  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, staff, sponsors, and partners

  • Follow safety protocols and all established rules and regulations

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and guests

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas as directed

  • Respond efficiently to emergencies according to training


Minimum Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance with appropriate attire

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license

  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English

  • Ability to pass background verification

  • Current NREMT-B, Delaware EMT, and CPR/AED certification
