Team Mobile Health Care (TMHC), headquartered in Tennessee, is excited to bring our EMS services to Georgia. As we grow in the Atlanta and Dunwoody areas, we’re looking for motivated EMTs and Advanced EMTs who are passionate about patient care and ready to grow with a forward-thinking organization.
Compensation

EMT: $23/hour

AEMT: $24.50/hour
Shift Differentials

$2.00/hour for night shifts

Role Overview
As an EMT or AEMT with TMHC, you’ll play a vital role in emergency and non-emergency responses. You’ll provide high-quality Basic Life Support, assist with interfacility transports, and work collaboratively with ALS providers while maintaining exceptional standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls

Deliver BLS care in accordance with TMHC and Georgia EMS guidelines

Support ALS personnel within your authorized scope of practice

Accurately document patient care and transport details
-
Maintain a professional, compassionate presence with patients and partners
Daily Expectations
-
Inspect, clean, and restock ambulances and equipment
-
Operate emergency vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations
-
Adhere to infection control standards and Universal Precautions
-
Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper uniform
-
Assist with training, mentoring, and team development as needed
-
Participate in community education and outreach initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
Active Georgia EMT or AEMT certification (DPH/OEMS)
-
Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred)

Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift and move up to 150 lbs. with assistance

Strong teamwork skills and a patient-centered mindset
