Position Summary: Emergency Medical Technician – Advanced (EMT-A)
We are seeking a skilled EMT-A to provide advanced life support within the scope of practice to critically ill and injured patients. This role includes patient transport to medical facilities, ensuring safe, timely, and effective care during transit.

Qualifications

Education & Certification:

  • Must hold SC EMT-A certification.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through in-services, seminars, hospital-based education, and technical courses related to patient care.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an EMT is preferred but not required.
