Customer Service Dispatcher
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Dispatcher to oversee appointment scheduling, coordinate service requests, and maintain clear communication with both customers and field staff. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities

Plan and assign service calls to technicians in a timely and efficient manner

Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide status updates

Work closely with technicians and office staff to streamline daily schedules

Keep detailed and accurate records of service calls and client interactions

Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism

Support process improvements to enhance overall service performance
Required Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, customer support, or a similar coordination role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using scheduling or dispatch software (or willing to learn)

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Eligibility

Pay range: $15β$19 per hour
