Onsite EMT / Paramedic – Occupational Health Clinic

Concentra is currently seeking a motivated and experienced EMT/Paramedic for a full-time onsite role at a client-based healthcare clinic located in Baltimore, MD (Harlem Avenue area).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional shifts may extend to 5:00 PM)
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour

Role Overview

The Paramedic/EMT will provide immediate medical care, injury response, and health support services in a pre-hospital and occupational environment. In addition to emergency care, this role focuses on injury prevention, employee wellness, and health education within the workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid, emergency care, and stabilization for workplace injuries or medical events

  • Deliver life support interventions such as oxygen therapy, splinting, wound care, and other approved procedures

  • Assess injured employees and determine appropriate level of care or referral needs

  • Support development and execution of workplace injury prevention and wellness programs

  • Coordinate with onsite medical teams to manage employee evaluations and post-injury recovery

  • Conduct CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen training for employees

  • Perform drug and alcohol screenings in compliance with regulations

  • Document patient information, incident details, and treatment provided

  • Assist with health screenings, vital sign collection, and intake procedures

  • Serve as a liaison between employees, employers, and medical providers

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations

  • Respond to urgent or after-hours incidents when required


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Active EMT-Paramedic certification (state license required and must remain valid)

  • Current CPR, First Aid, and ACLS certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of EMT or Paramedic field experience

  • Experience in healthcare, occupational health, or emergency services preferred
