Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (paid in full after 30 days)
Location: Bellevue Family Clinic
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12 hours)

CHI Health Bellevue Family Clinic is seeking a skilled and motivated EMT or Paramedic to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who performs well in fast-paced environments, stays composed under pressure, and provides compassionate, patient-focused care.

As a Clinic EMT/Paramedic, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare providers while delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll help bridge the gap between emergency response and outpatient clinical services, ensuring patients feel safe, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns accurately
  • Assist providers during examinations and medical procedures
  • Administer medications, including injections, under provider supervision
  • Support clinical treatments while prioritizing patient comfort and safety
  • Collect, prepare, and manage laboratory specimens efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a professional who can think quickly, communicate clearly, and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a state-approved EMT training program
  • Active Nebraska EMT license required
  • Must obtain active status on the Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Additional Information

Candidates with an LPN license or Medical Assistant certification are also encouraged to apply. Compensation will vary based on role and qualifications.
