Job Description

A growing dermatology practice is seeking a full-time team member to support clinical and administrative operations. Candidates with prior healthcare experience such as RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, EMT, or pre-health students (Pre-PA / Pre-Med) are strongly encouraged to apply. However, motivated individuals without direct experience may also be considered, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake

  • Document patient medical histories and clinical findings

  • Support providers by scribing during examinations

  • Assist with preparation and handling of biopsy specimens

  • Record treatment plans, impressions, and follow-up instructions

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management

  • Support physician and physician assistant during clinical procedures

  • Assist with patient follow-up and communication as needed

Location

Primary work location is Steamboat Springs, with occasional travel required to Craig.
