Position Overview
We are currently hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities based in Hanover, PA. Depending on assignment, EMTs may provide medical coverage at public and private events, assist with disaster response operations, or perform scheduled non-emergency patient transports.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-hospital emergency care in accordance with established protocols

Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate treatment on scene

Support community events with medical standby services

Participate in disaster response activities as assigned

Safely transport patients when assigned to non-emergency medical transport

Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with receiving facilities
Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania EMT certification or National Registry (NREMT) certification with eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure

Valid CPR certification

Strong understanding of EMS procedures and emergency response standards

Ability to assess patients and provide appropriate field care

Effective communication skills and ability to function well within a team

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

Physical capability to perform essential EMS duties in high-demand environments

EVOC certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
