We are seeking a friendly, team-oriented Medical Assistant to join our dynamic urgent care team. No prior certification as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic is required, though having one may qualify you for a higher starting wage. We provide comprehensive training and offer incentives for continuing education.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, as you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Responsibilities include providing administrative support throughout the clinic, assisting medical staff, registering patients, and offering hands-on medical support in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility is important, as shifts may vary to meet clinic needs.
